Does someone need to be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery?
Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order. We may need to charge an abortive delivery or collection fee if this is not adhered to.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. All of our equipment has a minimum hire period of two weeks. Any hires that extend the initial two week period are subject to ongoing hire charges as outlined in your service level agreement.
Do I need to off hire the equipment when I am finished with it?
Yes. Off hires must be requested in writing via email, your off hire request will be acknowledged in turn by our team with an estimated collection date.
How do I place an order?
Order requests can be made by contacting your Oliver’s Account manager or our friendly hire desk.
Do you offer credit terms?
Oliver’s may offer discretionary credit terms subject to credit checks.
